Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of Workshop Assistant.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Workshop Assistant website or software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Workshop Assistant according to your selected plan (free trial or paid subscription). Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the software without written permission is prohibited.

3. Free Trial & Purchases

The free trial includes a limited number of offers, as described on the Download page. Paid purchases are processed via Stripe; license keys are emailed after payment completes.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within a reasonable time after purchase so we can review your request.

5. Intellectual Property

Workshop Assistant, its source code, trademark, and related materials remain the property of AutomechLabs. The license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the software for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent license-activation mechanisms, or share license keys with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomechLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
